Unicorn Polish Bakery - Vernon

I like this place but they didn't post any notice on their website that they were closed for a week. So we didn't get a chance to savor their culinary delights when we drove out to their store.

This small polish store and bakery has everything you need. Cakes, breads, candies, meet including real polish kielbasa), cheeses, chocolates, seasonings, juices, spices and much more. If you are not familiar with Polish food, you should definitelystop by at least once.

Poppy seed roll was excellent, just like my mother made.

Great baked goods and I found a candy for my son for Easter that I couldn't find anywhere else. He was so excited.

Love this bakery. And I can't waste what I'm buying here. Can't eat all raisin babka or strawberry cheese babka... Like my grandmother would say.. Use the ingredients. So... bread pudding!
