The Cake Lady Bakery Cafe - Vernon

Nice little place. I had a meat lover omelet, they serve breakfast until 10:40 and then lunch until they close at 2 o'clock. They make their own cakes and can make any kind of cake you want. Challenge accepts right? The pancakes are large, plate size and you get 2 of them.

Now in our small town there is really not much to choose, but a really good breakfast place is hard to find. My mother was very happy as the rest of the family on the day of the mother!! I give this place a 5 star and mom there is a 5 as well as just because we don't choose San Antonio where there is a lot to choose. So great to have such a place. I suggest dying AL'S breakfast, two chops three eggs tators a biscuit with Gravy. I wouldn't have.! Thank you to the Cake Lady staff for giving mother a great mother day!!

She has a wide selection of cakes and cakes. We had a chocolate cake absolutely delicious. Your coconut cake is excellent.

Great family atmosphere! All I had was never less than amazing. Cake, cake, biscuits and the whole menu is made from scratch and with love. They also have homemade jams and jellys that are from this world. Fresh home vegetables too. Love always stops when I'm in town. The owner and her family are very welcoming that they treat you like family once you enter. I recommend this restaurant. They'll thank you for being over. The prices are great and the portions are plentiful.

Just go!!!!! The service is amazing and the food is made with love. Super cool people .....great food. I am so fat full right now and love it. No photos because I attacked my food. We had bacon, steak, eggs scrambled and over easy, biscuit, patty sausage, potatoes.....all GREAT!!!!
