My wife and I went through the drive-thru today and the girl who took our payment was very impolite towards us. I believe her name was Isabel, like the hostess at the front desk. She was quite rude when my wife inquired about the veteran discount, which has always been honored for us in the past. Immediately, she replied that they didn't offer it at this location. When I mentioned that we had always received it before, she consulted with someone and eventually confirmed that it was valid. However, her tone remained rude as she took my wife's card from her hand and processed the discount. The rest of the interaction continued to be disrespectful. We have decided to dine elsewhere in the future and advise others to do the same. While the prices may be good, the lack of respect is not worth it.

Typically, this restaurant is known for its quick service, but for some reason it was not the case on Friday night. It was a bit crowded, and as a result, the wait time for our food was very slow.
