Schuss - Vernon

Our server, Judy, was fantastic. My Bloody Mary was delicious, and the Truffle Fries were also quite tasty!

After an hour of waiting, we went back to check with the hostess. She informed us that there were still no tables available due to reservations and that it was unlikely we would be seated anytime soon. After two hours of waiting, the situation hadn’t changed, and she still couldn’t tell us when we might be seated. We approached the manager, who explained that they were short-staffed and were waiting for tables to be cleaned. It seemed as though those tables had never been cleaned, as we never received a call from the waiting list. While I understand that they might be a bit understaffed, some proper training for the hostess on how to manage open tables and a waiting list would greatly improve the experience here. We’re probably going to look for another place next time, as it's not worth the hassle on a busy night when they clearly cannot handle the load.

This is the worst bar/restaurant I've ever been to. If you're looking for a terrible experience, then by all means, go there!

The pizza here is crazy good, even better than skiing or riding here

It wasn’t incredibly crowded here, but it took over an hour to get our food and probably 20 to 30 minutes to get each round of drinks at a seated table. Everybody in the restaurant seems sort of frustrated. Not sure what the problem is with this place. With three kids, it sort of ruined our day because it was too late to get back out on the slopes.
