Contribuiți la feedbackAfter reading many of these reviews I see that the manager always comes back with a comment to avoid admitting how bad this place is, take it from me you should really steer clear. The place was empty when we arrived with lots of staff towards the back of the restaurant and although we hadn’t booked (we had tried but their website wouldn’t work! we were, after standing waiting for at least 5 minutes offered a table. As an english speaking family we tried our best to understand the menu and we appreciated there was a QR code to show us the menu in English. Our waitress, a young lady was far from welcoming and seemed like she would rather be anywhere else but there. Our order for food and drinks was taken and to be honest the food arrived pretty speedily, the chef was straight on preparing and cooking the pizzas. Many customers (locals were getting served and had tables cleared, paid and left before us and it felt like we were totally ignored. The pizzas were ‘ok’ nothing more nothing less. We would have ordered more drinks had the staff bothered to come anywhere near our table. Our child’s meal should have come with an ice cream but again we left without having that because the service was so unbelievably slow. When the waitress finally appeared (we’d tried to get their attention many times she seemed baffled as to why we weren’t happy. We tried to explain how terrible the service had been and that we’d been sat for at least 30 minutes since finishing our meal. Our toddler was getting more and more irritable and they couldn’t care less. I’ll leave my review as that, only to add the meal cost 76 CFH for 2 pizzas and a child’s meal, as well as 2 soft drinks and 1 beer. When we came to eventually pay the card machine wasn’t working and the staff spent another 10 minutes looking for that. The place is an absolute joke………don’t say you’ve not been warned !!!

The food and wine was pretty excellent, the service however not so much. From the moment I walked in, the first waitress told me the price of sparking water upon me ordering it (perhaps discrimination as the only black person in the restuarant apart from the bar staff). I didn’t ask for the price, I just asked for sparkling water. From them on I was swapped across multiple waters, and I was only attended to when I looked for someone. I would have ordered more wine and even dessert but what would have been the point when I had the dessert menu for 20 minutes and was never asked what I wanted. Very disappointed.
Very arrogant and rude behavior, welcoming a customer must be at least respectful.....is there a sign that says to wait???? That's fine, but at least you should apologize if the customer tells you he's been waiting to be noticed for 15 minutes. Bad very bad .
4 fr per carafe of water!!!!!!! It's a joke. No one will take me for a pigeon again, except for pizza! At its price I would have preferred a better quality pizza. 3 different servers, with a smile it would be better
