Papa John's Pizza - Vernal

I ordered my pizza at 7:00 and was told it would take 45 minutes. When I arrived to pick it up, they informed me it would be an additional 15 minutes before it was ready. After waiting 20 more minutes, they told me there was no chicken available for the pizza I ordered. They offered to make me a different pizza, but I declined and requested a refund. This was my first visit to the Vernal store, and it will definitely be my last.

We absolutely love Papa John's! The pizza is fantastic, the service is quick, and if there's ever an issue with our order (which is rare), they are prompt in resolving it!

We order a lot of pizza from this restaurant, and it’s consistently delicious. There have been a couple of mistakes over the years, but they’ve always been quick to correct them and have handled everything wonderfully. Their pizza and breadsticks always taste amazing. It’s the best pizza you can find from here to Salt Lake!
