Poor service waited 20 minutes for food, only to be told they were out of what I ordered.

Slowest Arby's I've ever been to. Avoid this place if you are wanting to eat sometime this century.

So it's an Arby's. You know what you will get when you order food there. It's not 5 star. It's Arby's. However, it is always clean when I am in there. Cleaner than most fast food places in the basin. I mean that's gotta count for something.

I really dislike having to leave negative reviews, and to try to be as lenient as possible when doing so. However, every time I've come to pick up an order here the last few months it has been an excessively long wait time. The day crew is at least friendly and cheerful, but the customer service of their evening crew tonight was terrible enough I decided against getting food here. Hoping I can update with a better review in the future.
