The place was packed, people even were waiting in line to get a table. Fortunately, for us, when we arrived, they sat us even without a reservation. Both food and drinks were delivered quickly. Also, they are super thoughtful about families when pizza arrived, they automatically gave us all little plates, with dessert they gave multiple forks spoons to share. But for me they messed up my order. Other than that the food was really tasty. Desserts are hit or miss.

Liked the way were greeted by staff members and the lovely nonna smile. Food was good. The only thing we felt a bit negative is the lighting in the restaurant. Far far too many lights...extreme bright....felt like putting my sungalasses on while eating ;

First, we had been served 3 minutes after we ordered. Everything is pre made ! We ordered a tomato and mozarella salad... We had to ask to get some basil !!! We had some pasta with an undefined white sauce... I finished it because I was hungry but that was really more than average. We also had some meat and ot was also average... nothing special ! We didn't order any desert. The starter and the mains didn't push us to do so and we didn't want to risk another disapointment. When paying, the manager was complaining (in italian) about his staff... and didn't realize that I was understanding italian.

Ottimo e storico ristorante nel centro di vercelli. cucina della campana tradizionale, anche buona pizza. personale professionale e amichevole.
