Quality sushi restaurant. well treated fish, turgid and consistent sashimi. accurate, real, careful service. You go out with a sense of well-being and satisfaction. price/quality ratio in the area.

We were passing through to vercelli and booked by fuji blindly. we tried several Japanese restaurants on our trips, especially high-end torino and milan (please, no all you can eat), and I must say that fuji has little to envy to the quality of some of these. excellent special rolls and tuna tartare, very fresh. absolutely honest account, in proportion to quality, and that probably in other contexts would have been much more honorable. precise and friendly service. a nice surprise that deserves more success.
