Their app decided I wanted my pizza in the future and there's no way to get a refund. Dinner would have been nice. Edit: Gave another chance. Waited an hour while they weren't busy for cold pizza and crazy bread with oil and NO topping. It's seriously worth driving across town to go to a different location.
The checkout girl must recognize and communicate to customers. The girl had no communication. When I ordered something, I was uncertain if she received my order. So I stayed here longer than I should? ve and then it became busy after the first there and 10 minutes later. In the end, she began to help other people when I was there first and my order was ready. Did she address my order before it got to be done? was much better.
This was arguably the worst pizza I've had in a long time. While it was overcooked, it wasn't entirely burned, but there was so little sauce that the pizza ended up being extremely dry. There was enough cheese, but the pepperoni tasted quite bland. The main issue was definitely the dryness. I might as well have eaten the box! I'm not sure it's worth giving them another chance.
I usually have a lot of patience with Little Caesars locations, especially working at a college where I know they might be short-staffed. However, the logistics at this store are clearly lacking. I ordered a classic pepperoni pizza but wasn't informed that there would be a long wait. There were plenty of pizzas in the warmer, which I later realized were there because the online ordering system was out of order. I ended up waiting over half an hour for a lukewarm pizza that had been sitting there for about 20 minutes. I'm really confused about how the workflow is managed, especially given the busy online orders. It's clear this location needs improvement. To save yourself time, I recommend driving a few miles to the Little Caesars on Rose St in Oxnard, where the process is much more efficient.
