Boatyard Cafe - Ventura

John Parsons and I recently visited The Boatyard Pub for breakfast this week. The food was delicious and the owner was very involved in the preparation. Our server, Renee, was not only very attractive but also very friendly and efficient. All in all, it was a fantastic day. RG

The balsamic Brussels sprouts were the best dish I have ever tasted. The service was friendly and helpful, the atmosphere was fantastic, and we enjoyed listening to a wonderful blues band on the terrace. It was a fantastic experience for my partner and I as we celebrated our anniversary. We will definitely be returning!

I love sitting at the bar at this restaurant. The best Mai Tai is not some girly pink drink with an umbrella. The calamari is crispy and tender, just like you would find in Greece - the highest compliment I can give! I have never been disappointed here, except for when the bar was too full to get a seat. That just shows how amazing this place is. Food: 5/5.

Our waiter, Jorge, was fantastic. We tried the prime rib steak and shrimp, scallop platter, both of which were delicious. The restaurant had great music and an excellent singer, Karen. We danced, laughed, and sang along, and everyone on the patio seemed to be having a great time - even the dogs! Overall, the food was a perfect 5 out of 5.

Napalm Tuna is amazing! I always end up ordering it whenever I visit the restaurant, and I'm already planning to go back and get it again soon (maybe even this weekend).
