Alla Farmacia - VENTIMIGLIA

My wife and I travel to Liguria regularly and Alla Farmacia is a very special place we enjoy for dinner or lunch. The staff is wonderful, welcoming and caring for us as friends. The food is fresh and unique. The menu features new items daily based on high quality foods they find at the market. We love their antipasti, pastas vegetable dishes and meats. And, we always feel we get a great value. If you get a chance, go for dinner and sit outside. It’s a wonderful off-the-beaten-path setting in the old historic center of Ventimiglia Alta. Then enjoy a beautiful stroll and view from Ventimiglia Alta after dinner.

A very good meal focussing on traditional Ligurian farm food. Lovely home made quality fare. A thoroughly enjoyable evening at very reasonable prices.

The owner took good care of us! He recommended a fantastic red wine based on our tastes. He was serving a variety of freshly harvested mushrooms that were somehow fried and light at the same time! My entree was homemade pasta with olive oil, green beans and asparagus. My friend had the wild boar with delicious sautéed mushrooms. We both had dessert, which was delicious and of course homemade also. He even gave us a complimentary aperitif at the end which was the best I’ve ever had. I treasured every delicious bite of this entire meal. Highly recommend that you make a reservation and go here!

The atmosphere, details in the room and on the table, the reception of samuele and the staff made our dinner friends perfect! super delicious, delicate and inviting dishes! I absolutely recommend you!

Lovely place, unique in its style, attention to detail (from furniture, to hospitality, to music). everything is from the landscape to traditional cuisine (but not only) really delicious and quality dishes. plentiful portions and fine wines. I can't wait to come back to prove what I couldn't order ) compliments!
