An appointment not to be missed in the Aix en Provence region! This starred table is remarkable in every way. The chef marries the flavors with great talent, the dishes follow one another for the pleasure of our taste buds. In addition, the staff is very efficient and very attentive to our satisfaction. Finally, the wine list is very well designed with very reasonable prices! Pass through the door of this place and you are immediately immersed in the universe that is Dan B. All the architecture as well as the atmosphere that emanates from it allows you to put your mind at rest in order to best capture the emotions present on your plate. Lulled by warm voices, the descriptions of the dishes invite you to whet your appetite and capture the spirit of the kitchen team who created these delicious dishes. We are working on an artist's work with always a nice touch of sunshine reminding us of Provence. The service, the cuisine and the atmosphere symbolize the very quintessence of the hymn to joy. An essential address. Creative cuisine, full menu without being too rich, super friendly staff. The “small menu” is more than sufficient, interesting view of the Etang de Berre, parking nowhere far in the village, rather young and moderately elegant clientele unfortunately but the dishes are much more original than in a local 3 star such as Villa Madie. Restaurant nestled on the heights of Ventabren offering a magnificent view of the Etang de Berre and its surroundings. We had a wonderful evening, the dishes were very original and excellent and the dining and kitchen staff were very kind and attentive.
