Fugu Hibachi Sushi - Venice

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to the front cashier's rude demeanor. He took my order with an air of indifference, which was frustrating. Although I don't often leave reviews, I felt compelled to share my thoughts because such attitudes shouldn't be tolerated. Food: 4 Service: 1

Honestly, I haven't tasted any food from this restaurant because when I entered, there was a strong smell of sewage. I’m not inclined to give it a chance due to the unpleasant odor.

The food here is incredibly delicious, clearly crafted by a professional chef. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all as 5 out of 5.

Delicious food and excellent service! The sushi here is fantastic, and I've ordered from this place numerous times. I've even placed orders for my coworkers because it was definitely a hit!

Placed an order online was told 15-20 it’ll be ready showed up 25 minutes later entered and was never greeted for a while. Finally someone asked if I was picking up or ordering. I said pick up and proceeded to repeat my order the guy rang me up but the total wasn’t right. I asked and he said ooh yeah they we are out of salad. How do you run out of salad but asked me 30 minutes ago while placing the order if I wanted extra dressing. Finally after another 10 minutes it was ready (35 minutes)!!! So home with a ton of sushi and no salad only to be greeted with boxes of the typical roll from there mushy and falling apart. 2nd time trying here and I’ll stick with the Toledo blade location.
