Il Ridotto - Venice

We passed in front and, read the menu displayed in the window, we booked for dinner. the restaurant is small but very welcoming. we ordered the card:capesante with carrots and tea, scampi with cauliflower and almonds, black spaghetti with curls etc, clams and black cabbage. a dish more good than the other (preceded by the fungus that comes out from the kitchen as a greeting). two unrecognized bottles (nikolaiof neuburger and raven of old mass).

Small but chic local. creative cuisine, good wine selection. in particular the ravioli di faraona are a dense. reservation required.

Intimate environment. friendly and attentive service. young but experienced chef. good degotation menu. matched and corresponding good wine card.

We found by chance, walking from Venice, this small corner of authentic culinary cuisine. Venetian in this period is not very full, accomplice of the covido that is putting hard to test all the restaurants.
