Caro ristorante Gorea, sono più di 20 anni che ogni volta che passiamo le nostre settimane a Venezia, veniamo a trovarti! Ogni volta è un piacere per il palato e lo spirito! Oggi tutto è stato incredibilmente buono, delizioso, ben equilibrato, grazie alla maestria in cucina. Ho chiesto chi c'era dietro ai fornelli, visto che Piero ha giustamente deciso di "andare in pensione meritata", per scoprire che è il figlio di Piero e Titta. Abbiamo preso il piatto del mare con un merluzzo mantecato strepitoso, una tartare di tonno super marinata, acciughe marinate, carciofi e sarde in saor, insomma tutto fantastico. Poi ho preso i ravioli di pesce, conditi con una squisita salsa di pesce! Il dessert, la crema cotta alle fragole, è stata la conclusione perfetta per un pranzo ricco di sapori e freschezza! Davvero ottimo! Il servizio è stato perfetto, l'accoglienza super calorosa. Oggi mi sentivo a casa, c'era pochi dei vostri clienti che passano di qui, siamo tutti amici per sempre!
