Caffe Rialto - VENEZIA

I ordered two ice creams with two scoops each. On the board they were 4.5 euro each, but I was charged 11 euro. I understand that Italians often charge for service, but I do expect it to come with a smile. The manner of the older Asian man that served me was decidedly rude

FRAUD. ILLEGAL CHARGING. DIRTY MADE. This place is fraud. He told me only cost 5 euro for a coffee, as listed on the board, and then after I sat down to drink my coffee and up to pay, he charged 7.5 euro just to sit there. Deceptive, illegal business, unethically charging tourists. Not real Italian Food or coffee

Had a good experience here. Food was great. Don’t understand why others weren’t happy here. Food was great and staff was extremely accommodating ! Give this place a chance!
