Absolutely one of the most unpleasant experiences in Venice. Ordered 1x Mimosa and 1x caffe latte, which should have cost 10.50€. Paid 25€ to the cashier lady, but she only returned 4.50€, leaving out another 10€. The lady refused to admit the 'mistake ' at all. It was literally a scam and is completely ridiculous!
Very friendly staff, spoke good English and helpful with ordering. Their croissants were very nice and tasted fresh! Good variety of coffee and also very nice. Fresh fruit juice also The only down side is sitting near the door as it makes quite an annoying sound when opened.
