Mama Isa's Cooking School - Venezia

Excellent Vegan cooking class! My wife and I had a great vegan cooking course for a week with Chef Isa. We have booked the weeks vegan course and made so many vegan recipes: fresh green vegan pasta, spaghetti alla chitarra, bread, vegan ravioli, vegan pizza, focaccia and other delicious items (vegan desserts). For weeks vegan course was amazing, we learned so much about Italian regional cuisine and Isa was extremely helpful, knowing, and super patient in let's try the various cooking and pasta, Focaccia, sauces, desserts and bread techniques. We recommend this vegan course for the possibility to cook with a genuine professional cook, and then enjoy many delicious vegan meals. Thanks again Isa for a wonderful experience! I took vegan cooking classes for a week. Every day the cook taught me how to make fantastic recipes from scratch. It was a fantastic experience to learn from a master the Italian food from scratch (natural vegan recipes).

The boss and teacher Isa was very talented, funny, knowledgeable and kept things moving. The dishes fresh vegan pasta corzetti a typical pasta by hand from Liguria simply incredible) and potato gnocchi with 2 delicious vegan pasta sauces that we have made were amazing and delicious. What a wonderful experience! There are very hands on vegan workshop everyone is involved in preparation and cooking. We are told about wheat flour and smolina for vegan dough, which cannot be readily available for us in the USA! After class we sit down to enjoy our festival! Can't recommend enough!
