On the third visit over 5 years, I decide to leave a review: good, very particular environment with the huge, truly evocative fireplace, which trumps in the rustic room and with open kitchen. Fixed menu rich in native products: the pig spreads, with lard, ribs, carpaccio and fillet directly from the grill to the dish. excellent pickles, bacon and homemade desserts. do not be shy and ask the bis if the portions are not enough... you will be given. around, the animals bred, with free goats to peel and the cleanest and most unclean pigs on the planet... a fixed appointment with my family

Delicious food, possibility to ask for an encore, extremely kind and helpful staff, formidable meat in terms of quality and cooking method, discovered by chance, but now among our favourites. Thanks to all the staff we hope to see you soon.
