Contribuiți la feedbackThe recipe for a good New Year's New Year's Eve: you select dishes from Louise's 'Bistrot' proposals and there you are not (but) disappointed. We selected: the foie gras terrine as well as St Jacques's walnut for entries, then the salmon back and the deer medallion for dishes, the craqueline cabbage as well as the pears match for desserts. Well not disappointed at all levels: dressage and gustatively speaking, everything was excellent. Congratulations to Régis for his cuisine always at the top and to Angélique for his welcome and to the staff. We are at the time of resolutions for the year 2024: for us it will be renewed this experience as soon as possible.
