La Terraza - Vejer de la Frontera

Have only been here the once and will return to assess again as it was all new menu and new chef at the time though very nice and enjoyable. Really family friendly restaurant and easy for kids to run around but also great friendly service and lovely food. I'm writing this review a long time after we visited and starting to wonder why we haven't been back! Will do so soon... Lovely views as well though not really from the restaurant, more from the terrace and outside the hotel

Sindhura re-opened today and to our surprise they had changed the restaurant to Italian food! It was a completely new way of serving Italian food and so beautiful to look at and so jazzy. Today there was a set menu for 21 '95; I started with fresh mushroom bruschetta (the bread homemade that very morning, Ana the owner told me they now make their bread every day) My parter started with a homemade minestrone soup, then for my second course I tried the pollo cacciatore which was absolutely to die for! Never in my life have I ever tried such a succulent chicken in sauce. John had the linguini with prawns, (the only sound he made throughout his meal was squeals of pure joy. By now very full, but we had to try the tiramisu with orange and chocolate mascarpone, wow! So thanks Benito (Sindhura 's chef) we are definitely going to come back and try the rest of the menu.

We were last at the Sindhura on 23rd October. It was a special occasion for myself and my Mother, we have not seen each other for 8 years! My sister and her family and my wife enjoyed the most amazing meal, service and attention that you could ever wish for. Emily is the manager and seems to float silently but rapidly around the tables, with a great memory too! Anna and her husband also came to assist and welcome us, and that was kind and very professional The hotel and its restaurant has beautiful ambiance and views, but the owners and Emily are really what makes this place so very special. Thank you.

Lugar ideal para el descanso cerca de todo pero a la vez alejado, un sitio que por todo recomiendo

No le doy 5 estrellas a este lugar, porque deberían mejorar los servicios que ofrecen. El precio por una habitación de interior es muy caro, por mucha ventana que de al tranquilo patio. El sitio está apartado de todo, no hay supermercados cerca y si o si debes disponer de vehículo para desplazarte. El vecino de al lado estaba fumando en su terraza y todo el olor de tabaco se metía dentro de la nuestra. A parte de que si abríamos la ventana se perdía toda la intimidad. La nevera enfriaba muy poco y en plena ola de calor, apetece que las bebidas estén frías. La ducha tenía unas telarañas encima que como decoración de halloween genial,pero no es la época. Si quieres relajarte en la habitación y ver la televisión....sólo te permite usar el Rakuten y no los canales convencionales. El servicio de habitaciones pasó por nuestra habitación cerca de la 13h de la tarde, un poco tarde valga la redundancia. El desayuno buffet bastante pobre, por mucho que este incluido. Y ni hablemos de ciertos huéspedes que piensan que están solos y a altas horas de la madrugada les da por hablar en voz alta.
