We visited them personally once, where the service and food were fine. Based on these experiences, we requested home delivery for the second time at 1:00 p.m. for a group of 6 people for a family birthday party where a mother was also present. We called them at 1:20 p.m. to ask where they were going and they told us that their counter who took the order left yesterday (by the way, we placed the order 1 week earlier, I don 't understand why the events of 1 day ago are influencing factors and they were waiting for our call (I don 't know why I should have called them 5 more times after a fixed order anyway, they said they would finish it in 40 minutes and bring it out. (I don 't need to say that the end result of this haste was not what we expected, but we got pickles as a gift . We thought they paid a fraction of the price, but this compensation for the mistake is fine. Then the clerk called back to say that they should send the courier back because the amount was not good... and we said that this would have been the correct way to compensate for their mistakes, and then the clerk tried to explain that they had made a mistake again, but already in the background was the caressing of an older woman crooning in an unqualified style I had to listen to him say I don 't know how to pay in beautiful Hungarian speech and expressions worthy of a restaurant, constantly shouting at the lady without words, so that she had no idea what I said on the other end of the line.
