Very disappointing. There was not a single clean table and the floors were dirty. Make me wonder about the state of the kitchen. Burger was OK.

I really enjoy dining at Burger Queen Lotte. The staff is always friendly and attentive, and the portions are never overwhelming. Some of the staff members have even begun to recognize me and remember my usual order. Overall, it is a pleasant dining experience.

Long wait and no service. eating is terrible and the environment smells burned frit oil, so my return is to avoid this place and find something else in the opposite. OKQ8 is very close to beautiful standard hamburger or sausage in the broth. go from here.

The young unprofessional staff could even prepare two coffees within 20 minutes. the worst thing I've ever been here.
