Justina Falafel - Vauxhall

Attempted to order a substantial amount of food on seemless. I ordered it at 6:30pm and was documented as due to arrive at 7:55-8:05pm. It was 9:30pm that my partner and I had been more then patient to finally then attempt calling. We called twice. Both times it seemed as though someone answered and then hung up on us after about 3-5 seconds of being on the line. We contacted seemless, left a review and thankfully got a refund from them. The lack of communication, failure to deliver the food, and failure to be professional leads me to feel as though I will not be doing business with this restaurant in the future and I will be discouraging others from doing business with them as well. They lack not only customer services skills, they lack actually doing their job skills.

My husband and daughter went Feb 2020 on the way home from the airport- they kept talking about how delicious the food was. We were coming home from the city today so we decided to stop there. It was a very small place mostly take out. But there were tables inside and outside. The man at the counter was super nice and helpful with the menu. The food was so delicious and the “best winter drink ever” on the menu really was!! If you like middle eastern food- Egyptian mostly- you should definitely stop by- you’ll love it. It’s genuine middle eastern delicous food. We had Ful -my husband and daughter wanted to have it bc they remembered it- and my daughter had stuff falafel again and my husband had lamb burrito- he said it was great. I had mousaka and it was vegetarian and delicious! Portions were large -we brought some food home. We live far away but we will definitely return for a third time!!! Thank you for a great night!!!

I'm not sure what is up with this place. I would order via Yelp, which I guess is via GrubHub, and would arrive but they wouldn't even start the order til I showed up. They said I should order directly through them. Fair enough. The next time I called to order and she said she wasn't gonna be in that day. Strange but ok. I called again another day, said I'd like to place an order and she hung up on me. Thought it was accidental, tried calling back but no answer. Not sure how long this place is going to last.

I enjoyed the food here. The first time I ordered on the website they didn't seem to receive the order although the website said it was prepared. I ended up waiting for about 20 min as the order was prepared. The second time I ordered online the food was picked up on time without any issues. The third time I ordered, the website showed the food would be ready by 5 pI arrived at the restaurant and it was closed. There was no note on the door and the telephone mailbox to the restaurant is full. Hopefully this place is still in business. Disabling online ordering or leaving a note on the door as to when they will or ever return would've been helpful. So contacted one of the owners after trying to pick up my order for the last 72 hours. I was redirected to call another owner but was unable to leave a message because his mailbox was full. I called again today and was just informed that the restaurant will be closed indefinitely. Guess I will have to cancel the credit card charge. Sorry to see the place go but I guess the customer service wasn't really up to par.

We ordered the mixed falafel and schwarma wrap utilizing the lamb meat. We also ordered the chicken schwarma platter. We were told immediately that they didn't have any rice for the platter. We forged on and took the platter without the rice. With no rice, you'd think they would reduce the price of the platter. No such luck. The chicken looked like fancy feast from a can and the wrap was overpowered with the mediocre spices and pickles. Couldn't finish the wrap nor the platter. Will not return.
