According to the restaurant's website, they close at 11 PM, but in reality, they stop service at 10:30 PM. I arrived at 10 PM, only to be informed that they had only three pieces of chicken remaining, even though they were supposed to be open until 10:30. If I could give them zero stars, I absolutely would!

This was my first experience at a restaurant where I was given a specific completion time, and they delivered as promised. I ordered fresh onion rings, which only took 3 minutes to prepare. The staff was incredibly friendly, fast, and efficient, doing an excellent job with communication. I will definitely be returning!

I would appreciate it if you could include more hot sauce with all takeout orders. We've made several calls to request extra hot sauce, but it has frequently been omitted. Thank you!

Another time, when I arrived close to closing time, they had run out of chicken and only had leftovers available. After I reached out to them via email to share my feedback, they apologized and offered me some complimentary combo meals. It seems they have some service issues to address, but at least they are making an effort to improve.
