Fatburger - Vaughan

The burger was large, but the bun was too small to contain it. Once you add the toppings you end up with a huge mess on your hands. For a $13 burger I expected an exotic all taste, which I did not find. Staff is not too friendly either. No greeting, no smile, no matter. Dispointing at best.

Bought an expensive $20 burger and onion rings and had to leave for an emergency so couldn't take my order. Said I would come back and they said fine. Came back and they said half off so now $30 for a burger. Dealing directly with the owner so you know what kind of place this is. I'm sure the staff would be exactly the same. Don't go there. Service is all about money and theyre cheap so they will get you somehow.

Went with family and had a terrific time. Friendly and accommodating staff - ready to please. Great menu for hamburger choices and variety of french fries, onion rings. Everything we ordered was tasty and good. Looks like a serve yourself - however, when you need it the staff does table serve. Nice tables placed for space between to enjoy being with your own guests. Will be back.

Thought I'd test drive an original fatburger. Ordered at the cash, paid, given a drink and a number for the table. Food would be delivered to the table when ready. 1/3 pound dressed burger and fries. Pretty speedy delivery. Food was hot and good. Decent burger. Didn't feel like my carnivore was satisfied for some reason. Perhaps the bakery bun was bigger than the burger? They do offer larger burgers too. Would repeat to try another version. Worth a visit.

Love the burgers and sweet potato fries here, always fresh though seating can get crowded especially when they have coupon promos on.
