Churrasqueira Costa Verde - Vaughan

I called to place my order and they told me, "You need to come now because we're about to close." So I arrived 20 minutes later, only to be kept waiting for an additional 30 minutes. Why did they tell me to come immediately if my order wasn't going to be ready for another 50 minutes?

The food was delicious and the service was great. They helped me choose the right quantity and menu for my event. Thank you!

During my visit to this restaurant, my order was not ready and Christian, who provided customer service, was the worst employee. He was rude, as were the other staff members working there. I had placed my order over the phone and was told it would be ready by 1:00 pm. However, when I arrived at the restaurant, the order was not ready. I waited until 1:30 pm, but still nothing. Instead, the employees were all talking and not attending to customers. I finally received my order, but the poor service and rudeness of the staff made me decide never to return to this place again.

What happened to costa verde. The potatoes where raw with no flavor. The rice was just okay as well as the chicken. I will not be going there again.

The first photo is a half chicken dinner with potato salad and spinach salad I got from Costa Verde.The second picture is a half chicken dinner with potato salad and coleslaw from their competitor down the road. Huge portion difference.Both cost $17 after tax.Needless to say, I won't be back.Chicken was great though
