Cavallino Wine Bar - Vaughan

I absolutely adore this restaurant. I first visited in 2001 and have been returning regularly ever since. Their penne alla vodka is fantastic and the service is exceptional. Despite being located in a medical center building, it's definitely worth seeking out.

I had a wonderful time! The wait staff were very accommodating and always nearby when we needed something. The food at Il Cavalino was some of the best I've had in a long time. The atmosphere and service were impeccable. I especially enjoyed the fresh Parmesan cheese and risotto prepared tableside, as well as the delicious appetizers. The shrimp in tomato sauce was amazing, and the chicken and pasta dish was fresh and perfectly seasoned. The homemade desserts were to die for. Overall, it was an awesome evening of delicious food, great wine, and exceptional service. I have already recommended this place to my friends. The staff were sophisticated and the food was delectable. It's simple: great pasta and top-notch ingredients equal awesomeness. We love it! Special thanks to Alex the manager for always going above and beyond. This restaurant is perfect for dining, foodies, romance, anniversaries, or just a casual night out. An incredible experience that should not be missed. Hurry and visit this hidden gem!

Il Cavallino is hands down the best restaurant in Vaughan! I've been living in Woodbridge for over 25 years and I can honestly say that their quality of food has always been consistent. From the previous owner to the new owner, the service, comfort, and quality have always been top-notch. Every item on the menu is better than the next, and they still offer fresh rabbit, which is hard to find elsewhere. Thank you for the amazing dining experiences and I love the new renovations!

Absolutely delicious!! The spicy penne with sausage is amazing!

High end Italian. This upscale family run restaurant is classic but modern. The presentation is the first thing you notice but by the end fresh ingredients stand out in every bite. The Food is a bit expensive but very much worth it.<br/ <br/ For an elegant night out I highly recommend eating at Il Cavalino.
