Tim Hortons - Vaudreuil-Dorion

The service at this restaurant is extremely slow. Every time I visit, it takes an eternity to be served, and the person at the register always needs assistance to figure out how to handle the orders.

We ordered a French vanilla, a hot chocolate, and a chocolate ice capp at the restaurant. They were out of French vanilla so they gave us 2 hot chocolates but charged us for French vanilla. Instead of a chocolate ice capp, I received a pumpkin spice ice capp. The hot chocolate was just a strange liquid and chocolate powder that wasn't mixed properly. The restaurant was also very messy.

I have never had a negative experience at Tim's before. The restaurant is in poor condition and unclean, and the food is terrible and poorly cooked. Even the coffee and hot chocolate tasted weak. The bathrooms were dirty and lacking toilet paper.

An utter disaster of a restaurant.
