We are a Muslim family and unknowingly ordered a meal containing bacon. The cashier, of a different faith, noticed this and kindly informed us. This act of kindness left me feeling emotional and grateful. This review is a heartfelt thank you to her and her coworkers for their care and consideration. Thank you so much.
This restaurant is amazing! The food is delicious, the staff is friendly and the atmosphere is cozy. I highly recommend it for a nice dining experience.
I was disappointed with the service at this restaurant. The staff ignored me for more than 10 minutes, appearing to be busy even though there were customers waiting for tables. The food was decent, but I probably won't be coming back.
We had a coupon on our smartphone that we found on the restaurant's website for this Saint-Hubert location. When we mentioned it to the cashier, she informed us that the coupon was only valid for takeout. Despite explaining that we obtained it from their website and it was intended for dine-in, another employee insisted that the coupon needed to be printed out. After some persistence, they finally scanned the coupon from my phone and it worked. However, another colleague later insisted that the coupon must be printed. This entire experience was frustrating and we do not plan on returning.
We looked at the menu on our smartphone that we found on the website for this Saint-Hubert location. When I mentioned it to the cashier, she informed us that the credit card was only for payment, not for the receipt. I explained that I wanted to use the voucher for dine-in. I showed her the voucher on my phone from their website. Another staff member came over and informed us that the voucher needed to be printed. I pointed out that this information was not mentioned on the website and questioned why it was online. I also mentioned that not everyone has a printer and that most things are done electronically nowadays to save paper. The staff member said they tried scanning it from a phone before and it didn't work. I insisted they try scanning it from my phone, and after some reluctance, they did so and it worked. However, another colleague came over and said the voucher needed to be printed for validation. This was all very frustrating and we will not be returning.
