Mcdonald's - VASSE

Stood at the counter for at least 10 minutes before I was acknowledged and served. Too much attention was given to drive through and the self order system. I was looked at a couple of times but no one acknowledged if I wanted to order. Nobody was serving at the counter. The only time staff came to the counter was to yell out an order number. Very poor service and interpersonal skills by the staff. If I could give a zero score I would.

Some body call 60 minutes or something this MacDonald's is the dirtiest disgusting place in Australia and there orders are absolutely messed up how do u miss the mustard onion and pickles on 5 burgers in a row also the coffee lass obviously doesn't drink coffee or have a barista knowledge iced latte was 95%water burgers were made by a 4 yr old I literally had to unfold the meat because it was folded in half on 3 of 5 burgers

Went and ordered a quarter pounder burger at the vasse McDonald’s, took a few bites not realising the patty was raw! This is absolutely disgusting

Bit of a problem with cleaning which I thought was important in these now living with covid days We had a lady sat next to us who was a former employee of said shop but at another location Saying if her manager Had seen their store like this she would have been fired it's just not a good look and I use this outlet a lot as it is close to me

They get it right most of the time. McDonald’s in the centre of town is much quicker and fresher. The long waits often occurred at the Vasse McDonald’s can be quite frustrating. I was in the drive through for over 30 minutes last Thursday 22/12. I know they are trying their best but it’s a very regular occurrence to wait extended times here compared to other McDonald’s outlets
