I like to return to Ra Canva, I often do it with a fairly large company of people; cared for the welcome, Roberto always opened the door of the house with smile and sympathy as would a dear and old friend, his collaborators are always very helpful. Just outside Varzi reach the hamlet of Bognassi, spend a very small but delicious garden and you feel like entering a warm and characteristic high mountain chalet, In the kitchen, they are attentive and have always welcomed our requests, me and another friend are vegetarian and we always rise from table much more than sati and with the satisfied palate. We are in a small fraction of Varzi, in the hills of the Oltrepó, in a small farm that I already know, I organized dinner for about 20 people, classical cuisine of the Oltrepó pavese, but very refined. Farm nice, well furnished, also presence of small rooms rather intimate.
