Turkish Grill Elite - Varna

Good location,but low mentality of the staff,thow tasty oriental food. Just a little good attitude will do the job.

Hate to say but the food is like it was cooked by someone who don't know how to cook. The food I got looked little to nothing to do with Turkish food or grilled. Albergine and zucchinis instead of grilled where lazily fried in oil, making it soggy and greasy. The chicken wraps got was stuffed full of fries, more fries than chicken, the chicken wasn't nice either way. Food is pretty gross to be honest. Waiter took the order and went without taking order for drinks, I started to think a stranger posed as a waiter for a prank. There are pictures of food displayed that weren't in the menu and what you can get really looked nothing like pictured. Avoid or at least avoid what I ordered, I don't know about the lamb so try at your own risk.

Poor and slow service. Waitress is very tired and angry, place need more waitresses to make it better, I waited for a sandwich like 30 minutes... And in menu some positions was unavailable, also prices in menu are not the same as in check, and waitress just repeated than we have to pay. Also everybody is smoking inside and outside, and you smell cigarettes smoke while eating.

Service is extremely slow (waited 1hr for 2x falafel sandwiches) which in the end turned out to be white bread bagguette with falafels inside but no sauce,cucumber etc.not as described as in the menu. Sandwiches were also cold, Guests are allowed to smoke in the covered area
