The best place in Varna. If you want authentic food with a perfect quality and a friendly and professional staff, this is the place.

Excellent grill We came to dinner on a week night. The place is far away from the city centre and quite visited by locals. Vast menu of mostly grilled meat, as the name implies “скара” Bulgarian for “grill”. We chose salads for starters with a number of common dishes grilled, baked eggplant, dry sausages. The Mains took a little longer to choose, as the menu contains many very creative dishes, Serbian Pljeskavice in a number of forms, filled fillets, rolls. The starters were very good, the most important huge portions, and excellent. Well seasoned meat, really grilled, excellent combinations of ingredients. Perhaps the best grilled meat I had in Bulgaria. There is a very good selection of Rakija and wines. In particular, we had a large Bulgarian Sauvignon Blanc. The service was just a few people, but very attentive. The only drawback is that there is no insulation between the smokers and non-smoking sections (if they are even defined). In summer, however, there are outdoor seats so that can be alleviated.
