The Works Café - Vapi

Great paring, fresh flavorful, reasonably priced nonetheless, absolutely loved it!

The food is decent, the atmosphere is pretty cool, but it’s really hard to give it a better rating when the staff has had terrible customer service skills on numerous occasions. Not only as a customer myself, but also as someone who picks up and delivers orders. Now don’t get me wrong, I understand the working for the public can be stressful, especially in the food industry. I’ve worked in customer service my entire life. Never, have I ever, been so disgustingly rude to people for no reason other than because I am in a bad mood or maybe I don’t like my job. There is a older guy who works here, with a mustache, who is so ignorant anytime I go in there. I ask if an order is for someone and he says I have no idea, well I know for sure he can read because he’s putting the orders together. There’s also an older woman with frizzy blonde hair who works there and is usually also pretty rude. It cost you nothing to be kind. And it also makes the company you work for look better.

A must if you want to just get a taste of the Concorde vibe food is great the selection is amazing and the service is wonderful.

Coffee was great, but we had to leave before lunch because they have a 30 minute working limit, so the name is a bit deceiving.

The Works is AMAZING they have the best bagels in the WORLD they are one of very few places that adequately season the top AND bottom of their everything “the works” bagels and their veggie cream cheese is delicious. Sandwiches and smoothies are also fantastic!
