A must-see address in Vannes for this gourmet restaurant in Michelin. We had the chance to be received in a new, modern and refined room overlooking a garden. The kitchen is quality and delicious to delight our taste buds. Our choice was on the tasting menu with the ormeaux in the plancha and the frog thighs in tempura it was a real pleasure. Everything in the menu is very good from beginning to end. Thierry Seychelles invites us to travel to Seychelles. The chef has talent and his kitchen is well mastered. A selection of well chosen cheeses for amateurs. The bread with a buckwheat note is very subtle and the salted butter with a delicate flavor. A nice choice of structured desserts to finish. A good wine advice to accompany our meal. The staff is very friendly. Looks like he's here to make us spend a good time and make us comfortable. It's a nice place to be happy.
