I was waiting for around 20 minutes for someone to take my order and when I asked if someone was going to do this, the person in charge answered very aggressively that if I couldn't look he was very busy. terrible

This is the second time recently that I have entered a pizza pizza, and was left waiting for over five minutes before someone had acknowledged that a customer is at the counter. This happened in two different pizza pizza restaurants. I think I will simply take my business elsewhere. I have posted a photo of the empty kitchen I took while waiting.
