Wendy's - Vancouver

They messed up the baconator giving me regular cheap burger meat than what comes on it. NEED to manage your team managers since they just put the phone down and then block the number. I know the main focus is to shoot burgers out the door. But to know what's wrong and not even mention it is ridiculous! Those best fries were totally a lie! Waited 20 minutes for that and got a strange look from the workers Wasted a total of 30$ and 5$ was worth it for a salad. That's isn't meant for me. I very rarely have a good appetite and this absolutely ruined it.

I DoorDash pretty frequently. Tonight we decided to DoorDash Wendy’s and received terrible service. We only received one out of our two orders and when I called the DoorDash driver he was extremely apologetic and offered to go back to the store. I called the store (Wendy’s) and they blamed DoorDash and told me to contact them to get my money back. I’m very disappointed in the service and will never be coming back here ever again. Jordan was the “supervisor” on shift and was extremely rude when I spoke to her. She wouldn’t give me her name at first so I had to call back a second time.

Waited in line at 11pm… store doesn’t close until 12… I was stuck in a long line (couldn’t back out and leave) waited in line for 40+ minutes and the car at the drive through didn’t even move (from when I first got there). The workers didn’t have the decency to tell the guy waiting that they all were going to take off for the night. All of a sudden you see all the lights turn off on the building and all the employees sprint to their car and leave. Leaving the whole line sitting there and everyone backed out and left. Bad service and super unprofessional. I hope they all are fired for pulling something like this. What a waste of

If I can only give no star as a rating. I went to this Wendy’s location for the first time. I ordered in drive thru. I waited in the line for almost 10 mins. The burger that I ordered was okay but their service sucks. The two people who took my order need customer service training. The guy who took my card didn’t said anything, he just ask for my card then gave it back to me, I said thank you! He didn’t respond then he immediately close the window. The lady who gave my order did the same thing she opened the window gave me my order then I said thank you! she immediately close the window without saying anything. What kind of service is this?! I don’t know how can this people work there. Those two server are teenagers who are lazy to work. I will not go to this location anymore! Wend’y need to train their workers.

Bread bad, like has plastic mixed with dough. Sandwhiches small .. more sauce than veggies, food expensive, service was slow, always huge line. Jack in box next door has somewhat better food and almost never a line. And their spicy chicken sandwhich is better acording to my wife, whos opinion should be valued above all others, as she has spoken, let it be known...
