Taco Bell Vancouver

The service at this restaurant was terrible. When I arrived at the window, I could hear people giggling on the other end. The lady at the window was extremely rude. I have only been to this Taco Bell a few times, but I will never go back after this experience. You just lost a customer. Great job.

Do not rely on mobile ordering for speedy food pickup. What's the point of offering the service if it doesn't speed up the process? We ended up waiting 20 minutes past our scheduled pickup time, which was already 40 minutes after we placed our order.

I rarely give a one-star rating, but in this case, I have to make an exception. As usual, I stopped at this Taco Bell on Friday night, ordered my food, waited in line for what felt like forever, and when I finally got to the window, the person working there was nice. However, everything went downhill from there. I thought I received my order, but when I got home and was ready to eat, I realized it was completely wrong. I should have checked at the window, but after a long day, I just wanted to get home. I tried eating the food anyway, but it was so greasy that it spilled out of the tacos, which I ended up throwing away. Even the fries were cold, despite living only five minutes away. This is not the first time this has happened, and it will certainly be my last visit to this location. I would rather drive to San Diego than come back here. If you experience cold, incorrect food after a long day, you may also reconsider your review. The management should be ashamed of allowing such poor service to continue. It is disappointing to see nice employees who cannot deliver the right order or properly cook the food.

It’s a taco bell. But that one employee joesthaan has zero customer service skills. always has an attitude and always messes up orders bc she’s too busy asking “anything else”

To be honest, I stopped eating at Taco Bell due to their unfresh food and limitations on sauce. They missed up my order several time and were never apologetic or willing to make it right.
