Papa Murphy 's Take 'n ' Bake Pizza

Placed an online order for Christmas, arrive at the store and it's closed!

My word! The stuffed pizzas are amazing! The pizzas are also large enough to feed my large family of 5 grown up kids, myself and the missus. Great experience, thank you staff!

This used to be one of the best Papa Murphy's in Vancouver Washington. I do not know what's been going on lately but I will not be returning. I purchased two original crusted pizzas, they were thin crust with barely any sauce on them, and I when I say barely any sauce I couldn't even taste any sauce. I was checking to see if they even put some. They were out of breadsticks. How are you out of breadsticks? I'm all for giving people a second chance and this was their second chance. The last time I purchased pizza here they were so disorganized that they couldn't even find my pizza order. Took them 10 minutes before they found it. I purchased online for the convenience being able to come in and grab my pizza and leave that has not been the case the last two times. I think I will go to another one in Vancouver.

I ordered my usual pizza and got home and found that they had made it wrong. When I called, they offered me 25% off of my next order... I said I just want what I ordered so they made me pack up my wrong pizza and take it back. That's fine but when I got there, they verified that they made it wrong and said I would only have to pay half off to replace it after they took it. Jesika was very rude and demanded that I pay for a pizza that I had already paid for.... they made a mistake, made me drive back so they could take the pizza and charge me to fix it. In what world would anyone do that???? All I wanted was what I paid for and they treated me like a criminal. Amazing horrible treatment of a formerly loyal customer.
