Mod Pizza - Vancouver

Normally great, today they decided cleaning up was more important than helping waiting customers. 7 people working, 1 cooking, 1 prepping orders and 3 standing around talking/cleaning, and someone out on the floor doing other work. When asked if they intended to help, they said they were busy cleaning and left the one person with a few customers ahead of us to do all the food prep her self. Not worth the time to watch them all stand around and talk...

We enjoy going here for pizza. Yesterday the toppings were all mixed together in many of the containers and it was pretty messy on the vegetable toppings. I found that unappetizing. Staff was friendly and the pizza was good. I’d like them to keep a clean work space.

Great place for making your own pizza. The biggest issue is they are too popular and it can sometimes take 45 minutes to get to even order.

Everything I have tried here is amazing especially the Cesar salad!!

Excellent staff! The employee, sorry, I don't know his name, who was managing the pizza oven is wicked fast! There was a big order ahead of mine and the staff was able to get mine in the oven and out in less than 10 min! There's some type of crazy magic happening there, but I love it! All of you exceeding my expectations! Bravo to the day floor manager for training her staff well! My pizza is rated 10 out of 10! Keep up the great work! Thx for being there to sever the local patrons! You are appreciated!!
