Contribuiți la feedbackWe've been ordering from this restaurant for years, and the Evil Prince with chicken is absolutely delicious. It's conveniently located next to a brewpub, The Trap Door, where you can enjoy your food.
Convenient and delicious next to the brewery! Pad kea mow did not disappoint. Fresh, and tasty! Will def come back
Best Thai food in all of Vancouver better than Thai orchid, arrawan, and I am Thai eatery. Which are all in my top 5 but this place stands alone as king. This is the closest place I have found that tastes like what I actually had in Thailand. So much flavor the pad see mao, thai beef salad, and the best pineapple fried rice I've ever had are my go tos. It's a family business and is run by the same sweet gal you'll see every time you go, unless it's a Sunday that's when the grand daughters take over and give her the day off. Beware tho if you see the young granddaughters working they still make the same top notch delicious food, they just have a tendency to add some extra heat to the dish. So if it's a Sunday you'll still get the exact same quality. I'd just go one star down from your normal heat level. As someone who thinks Thai food should be spicy they take it to another level and I think that's awesome, please don't change a thing based on this review. Warning, once you have had this place just once, you will get random cravings for that pineapple fried rice at least once per week, so I hope you live close.
Our favorite Thai food in Vancouver because of the quality and consistency. Can't go wrong here, coupled with great beer from trap door!
The Thai food here is decent and the location is excellent, but the prices are steep. The Pad See Ew is tasty, and while the Thai iced tea is affordable, it comes filled with ice—about 70%—and they aren't as flexible with requests for less ice compared to places like your local Starbucks or boba shops. The biggest advantage of this restaurant is its close proximity to the expansive patio of Trap Door brewery. However, I still find it hard to justify the $15 price tag for portions and quality that fall short of what you would get at Nom Nom or Thai Orchid, both just a short walk away and often priced the same or even lower.
