Creed Coffee Co. - Vancouver

I met a friend here and had a Chai Latte with coconut milk and a protein bar. The ordering was easy. I appreciated that they had a non-lactose alternative for my chai. We sat on the patio and saw an eagle fly over! Location is a little hidden but once there, the service and food/beverage and atmosphere were perfect for meeting with friends.Kid-friendliness: It's a coffee shop. As long as parents watch, it's a suitable place.

A good coffee shop is more than good coffee, it becomes a focal point of the community, it becomes a place to meet, a place of refuge. A good coffee shop becomes kind of a home for people, a place where they can feel comfortable and safe. Creed… I suppose from the original Latin, Credo, or, I believe. Originally a statement of faith and oddly enough similar in Urdu, Bengali, Hindi… a word devoted to guiding beliefs. So I want a blended mocha with that.The staff were kind to me and that was gold. They did not seem harried or impatient. They seemed glad I was there. I felt welcome. The coffee blended concoction was excellent, the snacks although I did not have any, looked acceptable. There was plenty of room and my friend and I stayed and had deep semi philosophical conversations for an inordinately long amount of time and did not feel pressure to move on or refill our drinks. In other words, we felt welcome. We felt community. We felt like we would come back here. Spend our money here. Tip them well. Tell our friends. Believe in them. Accept the Creed.I am not an expert in coffee. But I run a small business myself and I understand kindness and responsibility and the type of interaction that connects a business to the customer and makes a network that builds community instead of dividing it and I see that it takes a kind of belief system to do that, a kind of Creed. And of course good coffee.We’ll be back.

Former barista of 5 years. Ordered a latte. Milk was boiled way too hot. Coffee was undrinkable for 10min. Baristas need to measure the temp of the milk while steaming. This was probably at least 30 degrees too hot

Only got beans for my espresso machine.2 choices medium or dark roast,so I got medium. Makes great espresso!4 stars because a little pricey $18.50Nice creama with hints of chocolate and nut.Service: 5/5

Sandwich board has no prices listed. I 'm sorry but you are just not going to get good business with this whole, Oh we don 't bother to put up the prices because you 're going to be surprised by how bad they are once you get your bill nonsense.
