Contribuiți la feedbackUnfortunately when I first reached out I was initially given incorrect information about them being dog friendly. They told me they were, but in fact do not allow dogs in open spaces. I have now wasted at least an hour of time, gas driving most of the way to them, and still don’t have a place to work for the day. They offered that I could book a meeting room for the full day at $15 which was completely unaffordable. I am giving one extra star for polite communication, but I think they should have done more to accommodate given that their mistake led to the situation I was in.
I was really excited about the opportunity to join this space. I made an appointment for this morning at 9am, confirmed with the general manager last week. I showed up on time and waited for 25 min, with no response to phone calls or email notifying the GM of arrival. In a time where there is less demand for office space, I would imagine companies like this would be excited for potential new business. Clearly not this place. Unprofessional and sad that they don't care to continue fostering a community of professionals in downtown Vancouver. I guess I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
If you need a professional , clean and organized space at affordable price!! This is the place! Good customer service and very favourable for start-ups.
Great place to work from, been here for nearly two years now. This is a good fit for anyone looking for a place to get work done away from home, whether a business owner or working remote.
Originally signed in summer time with all the adjustments and challenges of Covid.Became a basic member of $50 per month. No assigned office space.I only used office once, and ended up going away from the concept altogether. Did not realize membership was on autopay.I was charged for several months and never used the facility or online aspect. Something the company could verify. They have a policy and we’re not willing to simply refund the months that never were used.Doesn’t seem like a big deal to refund, and left a bad taste in my mouth for how the company handles business relationships and their ability to see past what shouldn’t be a big deal to refund.
