Baron Patisserie - Vancouver

I have always had fantastic experiences with the desserts at this restaurant, especially the almond croissant. I highly recommend it.

I have been going to Baron Patisserie for nearly two years now, frequently visiting several times a week. They always have a wide variety of sweet and savory options, and the staff is consistently friendly. A great bonus is that they have recently moved even closer to my location!

This local bakery is the best. I absolutely adore their fruit tarts - the fruit is always of the highest quality, the pastry cream is perfectly smooth and not overly sweet, and the crusts are delightfully crunchy. There's never a soggy bottom in sight!

Delicious, but early here! this picture was at 8 o'clock, there was a line of about 12 people on the door that open. I came back at 8:40 to grab something I had forgotten, and it was 90% extinguished!

These pasteries are so flakey, light, not too sweet and full of flavor. Oh my goodness!
