La Carreta Salvadorian Food - Van Nuys

The food at this restaurant is delicious, but the customer service is terrible. From the waitress to the owner just sitting there staring at you while you eat, it seems like there is room for improvement in the overall service.

The quality of the pupusas has been decreased. They used to be delicious, but now they are not as good.

Delicious pupusas. Brush up on your menu Spanish. Good and knowledgeable service but one person covering all tables so some waiting.

The problem with this place. The service he was acting like we weren't going to pay. Anything we would ask for was either no, or i can't make it. Overall my experience like a little disappointed with the service. El prolema fue que como que ivamos a pagar. Si se pedias algo. El señor decia ya se termino o puedo aserlo. No fue una buena experencia.

It is a great authentic Salvadoran restaurant. The dishes are just like in El Salvador. The only problem is the lady in charge, she might be the owner. She's in a bad mood most of the time. I only order to go because of it.Food: 5/5
