It won't be used again. Not only was my daughter's tasty cake not made in time, it was nothing like the picture I sent them for Inspo. Huge bubble on the back of the cake. Definitely rushed and NOT worth what I'm paying. Save time heartache and go somewhere else.

I ordered a nice cake for my baby's first birthday. Cake was beautifully decorated, but was very disappointing to find out that I didn't get the taste I ordered. I ordered a lemon raspberry cake. I'm finished with a vanilla raspberry cake. That was very disappointing.

It was a fact that I wanted to buy cupcakes. I picked up the dead of chocolate cupcakes. they were good, but the others I bought, like the earthy and earthy butter, were stabbed. it was hard to get the wrapper from them, they were so bad. I heard there were different owners. that makes me sad.

I helped them decorate a few cakes this last year. the owner is super not helpful and not answering. not to mention, I've never been decorated for the last cake I decorate for them. the manager knows nothing about everything that goes on. I'm still guilty of $60 for the last cake I did for her, and if I did the owner he never reacted. do not use this bakery. somewhere else would be a better option. the kitchen is also disgusting and unorganized. they don't care about their customers.

I ordered 12 lemon squares to be picked up the next day and also bought 4 cupcakes my mother was so excited to eat the cupcake to only be very disappointed they we're awful. When I returned the next day at 1 pm to pick up my lemon squares I was told I still had to wait they were not finished yet the owner didn't have them cut and no powdered sugar, after waiting 30 min, I had to call the owner to the front of the store I told him I have a knife at home just give the lemon squares to me and I'll finish them he threw them in a box and I left . I got them home and once I opened them my mother had a fit they were horrible looked nothing like lemon squares. I immediately returned them to the store, employee didn't know how to refund my money , so I call the owner to get my refund and he was very rude told me that some customers get refunds but because he didn't like my attitude I wasn't getting my money back. I would never recommend this bakery to anyone. I also am contacting the BBB to put in a complaint as well.
