Subway - Van Buren

The food was excellent, the establishment was spotless, and the staff was wonderful.

I ordered two subs using the mobile app and picked them up, only to discover that I had requested pepper jack cheese, but they were made with American cheese instead. When I called the store for assistance, I was met with a very rude employee.

On May 23rd at 7:14 p.m., as I was leaving, the girl with the buzz cut commented that we made me nervous. I believe she should prioritize in-store customers before attending to online orders. However, I want to commend the gentleman who made my sandwich; he did an excellent job.

Got the strip sub on Italian herb cheese, with lettuce, tomato,pickle, red onion, jalapeno, and the Baja chipotle sauce toasted. It was delicious and everything was fresh! I always have a good experience at this location and the staff is alwayshelpful and polite. I do recommend this subway to anyone looking for a good sub.

I don't recommend this subway at all! I ordered six inch cold cut .. it was dripping sweet onion sauce and that's all I could taste. the bread was hard . Basically I wanted to vomit.
