Domino's Pizza - Van Buren

I am extremely frustrated with this location. I live close by and have been ordering from my apartment since March. I really don't want to start ordering from Pizza Hut, but I keep having issues. On the night of November 4, 2022, my pizza arrived COLD and was not cut. When I called to address the problem, I was insulted and told that my order would be remade. An hour later, I received my order, but not everything I requested was included. Instead, I was given a brownie. I have my receipt and plan to contact corporate because I am not getting any help from the manager. Be cautious if you decide to order from the Van Buren, Arkansas store.

The food was hot, fresh, and delivered on time, and Jason, the delivery guy, was fantastic! Great job, team! I've ordered from them twice, and it's been amazing both times. I will definitely choose this place for all our party dinners and desserts in the future!

This is the best Domino's I've ever been to. We ordered 16 pizzas, and they offered me a price that was less than half of what other pizza places in the area charged. They had a special running on the pizzas we chose, but they gave me an even better deal without me needing to ask. Plus, the location is fantastic!

They messed up on my pizza. Their manager credited me a pizza yesterday. Tried to get a pizza today and they said they don?t have any record of my stuff. When I go to my online order it clearly shows my information. Unethical location. Do better maybefind a different place for food guys this one is going down the drain. They must have new management.

I initially planned to start my evening at this restaurant, but ran into trouble when they couldn’t break a $100 bill. After leaving to find a place that could, I finally returned home to my very hungry children, only to discover that their pizza was cold and undercooked. I called the restaurant and spoke with an assistant named Devin, who kindly offered to remake my pizza at no extra charge. I accepted the offer, and after picking up the new order and returning home to my extremely hungry kids, we were all pleasantly surprised by an absolutely amazing pizza! It was the best I’ve ever had, and considering I’m almost 50 and have eaten a lot of pizza, that says a lot. I wanted to take a moment to thank Devin personally for his excellent handling of the situation and for making such a delicious pizza. If you ever get a chance to visit, I highly recommend it!
